Bunyip State Park

This 16,600ha park lies 65km east of Melbourne. It is Woiworung country. When Europeans arrived, they used it for timber harvesting, but the practice stopped a couple of years before the area was declared a park in 1992. The Park's conservation value is well recognised. It is also used for recreation.
